Job Description

  • Act as the key HR Business Partner to cultivate strong relationship with business leaders to deliver best in class HR advisory and services for Hong Kong and Macau markets
  • Provide professional advice on manpower planning, workforce optimization, incentives scheme review, talent management, leadership development, effective execution of HR processes and employee engagement during the entire life-cycle
  • Work with the HR counterparts to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency; engage relevant internal stakeholders to ensure sufficient buy-in and adaptation to change
  • Actively participate in and contribute to the review and development of human resources data analytics, people strategies, policies, and procedures by providing relevant input and feedback to meet the changing requirements from the business
  • Proactively provide insights, directions and guidelines to improve on people data processing and analysis
  • Prepare periodic HR reports and analysis in regards to manpower cost, headcounts, and budget forecast
  • Lead and support other ad hoc assignments when required to cope with evolving business needs

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines
  • At least 10 years' experience in HRBP function from sizable organizations ideally with close relationship with retail population
  • Capable in executing HR projects, and performing under fast pace and complex organziation structure
  • Flexible, Detail-minded, good team player, well-organized with good interpersonal skills and excellent stakeholder management ability
  • Fluent English and Chinese, both written and spoken
  • Strong computer skills, using MS Office
