About Our Client

Our client, a listed company on the Hong Kong stock exchange, is seeking an experienced HR professional to join their team as an HRBP(Manager). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseeing finance divisions, with additional experience in legal affairs and CFO portfolios considered a significant advantage.

The HRBP will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with the company's financial objectives, supporting talent management initiatives, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. This role involves overseeing the finance division within HR and collaborating closely with stakeholders to drive HR initiatives that foster business growth and uphold regulatory standards.

Job Description

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with financial goals and oversee the finance division within HR.
  • Provide strategic guidance on talent management, performance evaluation, and employee development within the finance department.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to implement programs that support financial growth and legal compliance.
  • Address employee relations matters within the finance division and cultivate a positive work environment.
  • Analyze HR metrics to make data-driven decisions that align with financial and legal frameworks.
  • Lead organizational development initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention in finance and legal departments.
  • Assist in recruitment processes for key finance positions and participate in selection activities.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations, legal standards, and company policies in all HR practices

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 7+ years of HR experience, with a focus on business partnering, HR strategy, and oversight of finance divisions.
  • Experience in legal affairs and CFO portfolios is highly advantageous, particularly in a listed company context.
  • Proficient knowledge of HR practices, financial regulations, legal requirements, and talent management principles.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
  • Proven track record in handling employee relations matters and driving positive outcomes within financial and legal contexts.
  • Analytical proficiency in utilizing data for decision-making within financial and legal frameworks.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
