About Our Client

Our client is a well-established financial institution headquartered in UK, with regional office in Hong Kong and a strong international presence. They have offices across the globe, multiple locations in America, Asia, and Europe. They provide quality products with a strong reputation and have excellent business performance in recent years. They are currently looking for an HRBP for the Hong Kong office, with regional exposure setting up new office in Asia.

Job Description

  • Act as the key point of contact to provide all round HR services and advice for Hong Kong office
  • Manage end to end employee life cycle, including recruitment, talent management, compensation and benefits, performance management & development, manpower planning, HR policy review, etc.
  • Manage the project of new office setup in one of the Asia countries, from staff relocation, package alignment, policies formulation, to ensuring office is up and running
  • Liaise with regional HR team for company initiatives, ensuring HR policies, people development initiatives, staff engagement and HR strategies are in place
  • Effectively communicate to employees on main relevant topics regarding work-life, HR processes, main organizational changes, etc.
  • Prepare HR regular reports for management review

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines
  • At least 6 years' experience in human resources functions from multinational company background
  • Familiar with employment law in Hong Kong
  • Mature, independent, open-minded, proactive, flexible, detail-minded, well-organized with good interpersonal and communication skills; excellent team player
  • Fluent English and Chinese, both written and spoken
  • Strong computer skills, using MS Office
