This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide strategic HR support to dedicated departments in a dynamic, global environment.

Job Description

  • Monitor and oversee manpower planning for dedicated departments, forecasting needs and recommending strategies to optimize workforce allocation and support departmental growth.
  • Provide strategic suggestions and solutions to department heads and leaders on HR topics, including talent development, employee relations, and performance management, addressing enquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Partner with various HR functions, such as Talent Acquisition (TA) and Compensation & Benefits (C&B) teams, to coordinate HR duties, communications, and initiatives across global operations.
  • Conduct comprehensive HR analysis, including workforce metrics, talent gaps, and performance trends, preparing detailed reports for management to inform decision-making.
  • Build strong relationships with global stakeholders, ensuring HR strategies align with departmental and organizational goals while promoting a culture of collaboration.
  • Support the implementation of global HR policies, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, including Hong Kong labor laws.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with a focus on HR business partnering in a multinational or global context.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in HR data analysis and reporting tools to deliver insights for senior management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence leaders and manage enquiries across diverse global teams.
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable for cross-regional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strategic mindset with strong project management skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Less experienced candidates will be considered as HR Specialist.
