HR Operations Manager - Resourcing and C&B

About Our Client
Our client is a globally recognised consumer electronic brand which distributes high tech products and services worldwide. Due to restructure in the HR division, a new position has been created to look after both talent acquisition and compensation & benefits.
Reporting the Human Resources Director, you will play a major role in developing and managing C&B initiatives and providing expatriate support in the Asia Pacific region.l You will recommend and implement a competitive C&B structure that reflects local needs and global guidelines. You will also be involved in the alignment of corporate C&B policies, processes and systems, performance management and salary budgeting programs. You will be responsible for recruitment and ensure the team delivers strong talent pipelines for the region. Your key responsibilities will include driving recruitment initiatives, formulating employer branding strategies, liaising with regional counterparts to develop effective sourcing strategies as well as establishing strategic relationships with external partners (job boards, agencies and search firms).
The Successful Applicant
Degree qualified, you will be degree qualified HR professionals with a minimum of 12-15 years relevant experience including at least 5 years managing recruitment and compensation & benefits management in the Asia Pacific region. A strong client focused approach coupled with a flexible and resourceful style will be critical to success in this position. You will possess strong interpersonal and influencing skills and be able to win the respect of internal stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Mandarin will be essential.
