About Our Client

Our client is a muti-national money making corporation headquartered in America working with a selection of luxurious goods. Currently they are looking for an HR candidate with C&B experience to join their company to conduct daily HR operations and enhance the efficiency

Job Description

  • The key areas od this role include: Regional Payroll, annual review exercise, facilitate global mobility, oversee company benefits and improve HR processes
  • Work closely with HR director on HR/C&B projects
  • Develop and review C&B policies and procedures
  • when required compile reports to identify trends and make suggested changes to upper management
  • Work closely with external vendors on mobility related issues
  • support in man power planning and budgeting
  • Be the contact point for all C&B related enquiries
  • calculate final payments
  • prepare and submit tax reports in a timely manner

The Successful Applicant

  • Ideally a minimum 6+ years HR operations or C&B experience gained in an MNC environment
  • Hands on Payroll experience with regional exposure
  • Advanced excel and system usage
  • Prior managerial experience a plus
  • Experience leading subordinates
  • Articulate and sensitve to number
  • good stake holder management
  • Fluency in English and Chinese a must
