They are looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join their dynamic HR team in Hong Kong, supporting their continued growth and success across the region.

Job Description

  • Support the HR Manager in managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding), payroll processing, employee relations, and performance management, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, MPF contributions, and taxation, ensuring alignment with Hong Kong regulations.
  • Contribute to HR transformation initiatives, such as system upgrades, process improvements, or digitalization projects, to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
  • Work closely with headquarters to implement global HR policies, initiatives, and project instructions, ensuring seamless alignment and execution at the local level while providing feedback on regional needs.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries, support HR programs like training and development, and coordinate company events to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Prepare HR reports, maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS, and ensure compliance with local regulations and global standards, supporting audits as needed.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a generalist role within a retail or multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment laws, payroll processes, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and language skills, with fluency in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus for regional collaboration.
  • Proven flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees, managers, and headquarters, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
