Our client is a highly regarded and respected UK based law firm, they are best known for their professional and ethical work standards and collaborative work environment. They provide comprehensive legal solutions on an international scale and client-centric services.

Job Description

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
  • Assist in employee performance evaluation processes, including goal setting, performance feedback, and performance improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with management and employees on talent management initiatives, including succession planning, career development, and employee engagement.
  • Handling employee relations matters and act as the point of contact for HR-related matters.
  • Work on any ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree Holder or above, preferably in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
  • Over 3 years of related HR experience (candidates with less years of experience will also be considered).
  • Experience handling and dealing with HK Law Society is an advantage
  • Strong attention to details with good communication skills
  • Proficient written & spoken English and Chinese
