Our client is a leading and rapidly expanding business in engineering industry. They are seeking a skilled Total Rewards Talent to join their Total Rewards team. This global role will focus on driving various compensation and benefits-related schemes and programs, including annual practices such as salary benchmarking and market research. The successful candidate will collaborate with a diverse team to analyze data and ensure our Total Rewards offerings remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that support organizational objectives and attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to design competitive salary structures and incentive plans that drive performance.
  • Manage the annual compensation review process, including salary benchmarking, performance evaluations, and adjustments.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to gather data on compensation and benefits trends, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Analyze compensation data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing Total Rewards programs.
  • Prepare and present reports on compensation and benefits metrics, highlighting key findings and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Work closely with global HR teams to ensure consistent implementation of Total Rewards programs across different regions and functions.
  • Communicate Total Rewards policies and programs effectively to employees, promoting understanding and engagement.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Total Rewards, compensation, and benefits management, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, HRIS, data visualization software).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of global compensation practices and regulatory requirements is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
