Job Description
- Provide full spectrum of HR services and advice for the Hong Kong office
- Manage end to end employee life cycle, including recruitment, talent management, performance management & development, manpower planning, HR policy review, etc.
- Liaise with regional HR team for company initiatives, ensuring HR policies, people development initiatives and strategies are in place
- Provide advisory to business line managers to facilitate achievement of established business objectives throughout a proper people management
- Effectively communicate to employees on main relevant topics regarding work-life, HR processes, main organizational changes, etc.
- Act as a back up for payroll and benefits processing and administration
- Prepare HR regular reports for management review
- Assist in ad hoc support
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines
- At least 6 years' experience in human resources functions from professional services background, ideally from financial services industry
- Flexible, Detail-minded, good team player, well-organized with good interpersonal skills
- Fluent English and Chinese, both written and spoken
- Strong computer skills, using MS Office
