They are currently looking for an HR Manager for the Hong Kong office.

Job Description

  • Provide full spectrum of HR services and advice for the Hong Kong office
  • Manage end to end employee life cycle, including recruitment, talent management, performance management & development, manpower planning, HR policy review, etc.
  • Liaise with regional HR team for company initiatives, ensuring HR policies, people development initiatives and strategies are in place
  • Provide advisory to business line managers to facilitate achievement of established business objectives throughout a proper people management
  • Effectively communicate to employees on main relevant topics regarding work-life, HR processes, main organizational changes, etc.
  • Act as a back up for payroll and benefits processing and administration
  • Prepare HR regular reports for management review
  • Assist in ad hoc support

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines
  • At least 6 years' experience in human resources functions from professional services background, ideally from financial services industry
  • Flexible, Detail-minded, good team player, well-organized with good interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English and Chinese, both written and spoken
  • Strong computer skills, using MS Office
