Our client is a property management company with reputable business in Hong Kong, they have a pretty established team with excellent opportunity for individuals who value long term development and work life balance. They are currently looking for a positive, passionate and experienced HR professional from similar industry to be their HR Manager for business partnering and Generalist duties, with HRIS and data analytics projects exposure.

Job Description

  • Manage and monitor full spectrum of Human Resources services, including recruitment, manpower planning, C&B scheme review, training & development, staff engagement etc.
  • Be the strategic partner for senior management to provide advice on people & retention strategies, organization structure, people challenges for all employees
  • Formulate and develop HR budgeting, headcount planning, policies and procedures and ensure employee handbook to be up to date
  • Provide people strategies and advices through strong relationship and partnership with business leaders
  • Initiate and drive people development strategy for nurturing of talents, employee engagement, developing a strong leadership team in support of company strategy and priorities
  • Lead special projects and initiatives to enhance the employee experience and drive organizational effectiveness
  • Work with IT department on system enhancement and data reporting automation projects
  • Participate in any ad hoc projects as required

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder in HR or business-related disciplines
  • Minimum of 10 years of solid HR experience from ideally property or related industry with minimum of 3 years leadership experience
  • Knowledge of system implementation / change management / excel data processing would be highly advantageous
  • Strong understanding of Hong Kong employment law
  • Strong business acumen with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills with strategic mindset
  • Excellent command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
