About Our Client
Our client is well known luxury lifestyle product and service provider with approximately 150 employees in South East Asia. The current HR tasks such as payroll, on & off boarding, hiring and performance management are handled by Finance or Admin staff in the local countries. The owner of the company is now looking for a dedicated and seasoned HR professional to improve their employee experience.
Our client does not have any dedicated HR resources in the company right now, and the HR tasks such as payroll, on & off boarding, hiring and performance management are handled by the Country Head , Finance or Admin team in the local countries. The aim for our role is to set up a proper HR function and standardize the HR practice across Asia. Specifically, you will be responsible for updating the employee handbook, reviewing the HR policy, recruitment of senior level talents, compensation & benefits, performance management, talent management, and identifying L&D opportunities for their staff. Our client would like to ensure that they are competitive in the market, and it is key to benchmark themselves against competitors. You will review their current C&B policies, find cost effective options to upgrade their benefits, and review their compensation packages including bonus and stock options annually. In addition, you will work closely with the senior stakeholders, and play a pivotal role of a strategist, communicator and business partner to plan and execute organisational and development initiatives to facilitate the company's growth.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be degree educated with a minimum of 15 years of HR management experience from consumer goods, automotive, real estate or other related industries. You will have a thorough understanding and readiness to take on the HR operational work whilst providing business partnering support to the key stakeholders in Asia. An energetic ,flexible and hands on approach will be necessary, and you will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to drive the HR initiatives and projects for the company. Candidates with set up, revamp or restructure experience will be highly sought after. Fluency in English will be required.
