About Our Client

Our client is a Hong Kong security services company with expanding business and multiple projects partnering with sizable corporations and high net worth individuals. To support their growth, they are looking for a presentable, proactive, flexible HR Manager to support their HR operations.

Job Description

  • Manage full spectrum of HR services, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, people development plans, and other HR projects
  • Provide HR advice to business on staff engagement, job grading evaluation, performance management
  • Manage a full set of C&B functions, including monthly payroll processing, MPF administration, filing of employer tax returns, medical administration
  • Oversee personnel record and leave record

The Successful Applicant

  • Around 5-8 years of all-round HR experience
  • Fluent English and Cantonese required, good Mandarin is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in HRM preferred
  • Good computer skills, MS Office (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel)
  • Flexible, adaptive to new environment
