About Our Client
Our Client is a UK based company, being one of the leaders of the marketing industry with strong business growth within the APAC region. They have an international and westernized culture in HK office and fun and friendly culture. To support the growth, they are looking for a flexible, independent, passionate HR person with all round HR experience to provide end to end HR service, including recruitment, talent development and employee engagement for the team.
Job Description
- Provide full spectrum of HR services for Hong Kong office
- Act as the key point of contact to manage end to end recruitment cycle, from market mapping, talent sourcing, candidate screening and interview, offer management, and onboarding
- Manage compensation & benefits processing, people development plans, and other HR projects
- Provide HR advice to business on staff engagement, job grading evaluation, performance management and development, regional pay structure and organizational development
- Conduct salary review exercise, bonus review, job grading evaluation etc.
- Assist in developing company policies and staff handbook
The Successful Applicant
- Around 5-8 years of all-round HR experience, ideally from well-established marketing / PR firms
- Fluent English and Cantonese required, good Mandarin is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in HRM preferred
- Good computer skills, MS Office (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel)
- Flexible, adaptive to new environment
