HR Manager - Professional Services
About Our Client
Our client is a leading full-service independent law firm in Hong Kong, advising some of the largest local and international corporations with business interests throughout Asia and beyond. With over 30 years of heritage, they are looking for a talented HR individual to join their team.
Reporting to the Managing Partner of the firm, this role will take full ownership of all HR responsibilities. This will include recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, policy, regulations, and Law Society matters. You will work directly with Business Development teams in understanding the needs for the business. This role will also be responsible for the full on-boarding and off-boarding process, conducting staff orientation programs as needed, and being the first point contact for any HR enquiry.
The Successful Applicant
You will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related discipline. The successful candidate will have strong organization and communication skills, with the ability to work independently on all HR operations. Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English is necessary. Experience within professional or financial services is preferred, but not necessary.
