About Our Client
Our Client is one of the leaders of its industry with strong business growth within the APAC region. They have an international and westernized culture in HK office and fun and friendly culture. To support the growth, they are looking for a flexible, independent, passionate HR person with all round HR experience to provide end to end HR service, including HR operation, performance mgmt., employee engagement for the team.
Job Description
- Manage full spectrum of HR services, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, people development plans, and other HR projects
- Provide HR advice to business on staff engagement, job grading evaluation, performance management and development, regional pay structure and organizational development
- Manage a full set of C&B functions, including monthly payroll processing, MPF administration, filing of employer tax returns, medical administration
- Conduct salary review exercise, bonus review, job grading evaluation etc.
- Maintain and update personnel record and leave record
- Assist in developing company policies and staff handbook
The Successful Applicant
- Around 5-8 years of all-round HR experience
- Fluent English and Cantonese required, good Mandarin is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in HRM preferred
- Good computer skills, MS Office (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel)
- Flexible, adaptive to new environment
