Job Description
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for overseeing the entire HR & Admin team
- Review and develop HR systems, processes, and practices for operational efficiency
- Develop strategies on talent attraction and generation to achieve organisational and business goals
- Provide HR advice to business on staff engagement, job grading evaluation, performance management
- Effectively communicate to employees on main relevant topics regarding work-life, HR processes, main organisational changes
- Act as a key point of contact to drive employee engagement program
- Handle insurance renewal and quotation, salary review, bench-marking and budgeting projects
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required
The Successful Applicant
- Degree or above in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
- Around 8 years of HR managerial experience with prior experience in property development industry preferred
- Strategic mindset with a hand-on approach
- Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Flexible, good prioritisation and communication skills, independent and sensitive in numbers
