About Our Client
Our client has a long presence in the legal field and a strong business growth. To further support the growth of their business, they are looking for a mature, independent, stable, HR candidate to provide support on their all-rounded HR general matters.
Job Description
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions.
- Act as contact point with The Law Society of Hong Kong
- Assist to draft and develop HR policies and procedure
- Keep abreast and share with relevant stakeholders of any regulatory updates
- Provide update and reports in HR related topics in terms of recruitment, headcounts, market trend, etc.
- Assist in logistics for graduate recruitment activities and events
- Be involved in the recruitment process -schedule interviews, conduct recruitment assessments and handle visa applications as required
- Coordinate staff communication and handle general enquiries
- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
The Successful Applicant
- 3-5 years as an HR Generalist ideally from international legal firms but professional services also accepted
- Bachelor degree holder in HR or related disciplines
- Good communication skills, fluency in English and Chinese both written and oral is a must
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Strong team spirit, high attention to detail, flexible & adaptable
- A candidate who wants a career progression
- Strong computer skills
