Job Description

Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions.
Act as contact point with The Law Society of Hong Kong
Assist to draft and develop HR policies and procedure
Keep abreast and share with relevant stakeholders of any regulatory updates
Provide update and reports in HR related topics in terms of recruitment, headcounts, market trend, etc.
Assist in logistics for graduate recruitment activities and events
Be involved in the recruitment process -schedule interviews, conduct recruitment assessments and handle visa applications as required
Coordinate staff communication and handle general enquiries
Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

The Successful Applicant

3-5 years as an HR Generalist ideally from international legal firms but professional services also accepted
Bachelor degree holder in HR or related disciplines
Good communication skills, fluency in English and Chinese both written and oral is a must
Good stakeholder management skills
Strong team spirit, high attention to detail, flexible & adaptable
A candidate who wants a career progression
Strong computer skills
