About Our Client

Our client is a Hong Kong headquartered company with expanding business and multiple projects partnering with sizable corporations and overseas markets. They are well connected to high net worth individuals, government officials and well established companies. To support their growth, they are looking for a presentable, proactive, flexible HR Manager to support their HR function with frontline operation.

Job Description

  • Manage full spectrum of HR services, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, people development plans, and other HR projects for frontline operation
  • Provide HR advice to business on staff engagement, job grading evaluation, performance management
  • Handle employee relations issues and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Manage a full set of C&B functions, including monthly payroll processing, roster checking, taxation, medical administration
  • Monitor and analyze headcount, budgets, staff scheduling, attendance, and labor costs
  • Maintain and update personnel record and leave record

The Successful Applicant

  • Flexible, adaptive to new environment, positive work attitude, can-do mentality, always open to new challenges
  • Around 5-8 years of all-round HR experience handling frontline operation
  • Fluent English and Cantonese required, good Mandarin is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in HRM preferred
  • Good computer skills, MS Office (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel)
