About Our Client
A leading European resource management business is currently looking for a talented HR Manager to join their international team. With a diversified portfolio and strong global reputation, this is an excellent opportunity for a high caliber HR professional to join a growing business.
Reporting directly to the HR Director for the region, you will provide planning and direction of the HR function for Hong Kong. A diverse range of HR activities will be covered by this role with key responsibilities including Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Global Mobility. You will be the key point for any HR enquiries and also day-to-day HR operations. In addition, you will also take a lead role in implementation of performance management, HRIS update and graduate trainee programs. You will work closely with line manager and the HR Director to understand the needs and ensure that they are met.
The Successful Applicant
In order to qualify for this role, you will be Degree qualified with at least 6 years of HR generalist experience within a multi-national business. A strong understanding of HR practices, with the ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented is necessary to succeed. This role requires excellent language skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin - with the ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels.
