With a strong reputation already, the firm would like to further develop this area. This is a newly created role, and our client is seeking an experienced candidate specialised in employer branding.
Job Description
- Manage the full spectrum of building employer branding to position the brand as employee's choice
- Highlight key differentiators that set the company apart from competitors
- Design, drive, and implement employer branding strategy that enhances company's visibility in the market
- Work closely with recruitment colleagues to design, build and execute marketing content to support hiring objectives and to ensure positive candidate experience
- Apply creative methods to write content for careers website, social and digital channels in order to ensure the business attracts, recruits the best available talents
- Understand business goals and vision to act as a brand ambassador
- Other ad-hoc projects as assigned
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree; preferably in HR Management, marketing, or communications
- 5+ years of experience of employer branding, marketing, communications, Internal communications, employee engagement, or recruitment branding
- Passion on branding and a strong understanding on various branding strategies
- Forward thinker and creative
- Good organisational, analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Able to work independently and promptly meet deadlines
- Flexible to changes and able to work in a dynamic working environment (new technology, ideas)
- Good communication
- Strong written and spoken English & Chinese skills
