About Our Client

Our client is a a well-established telecommunications group with a significant market share and coverage. They are seeking for a HR talent to join their business partner team, focus on providing consultancy services to line managers to address hiring needs and ensure alignment with business objectives and manage the full employment life cycle. The ideal candidate will have strong background in business partnering and can perform independent and work in a dynamic environment.

Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Collaborate with line managers to assess hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies that align with business goals.
  • Conduct workforce planning to identify current and future talent needs, and proactively address potential gaps.
  • Develop talent acquisition strategies that attract high-quality candidates and promote employer branding.
  • Analyze employee feedback and turnover data to identify trends and recommend strategies for improvement and retention.
  • Support the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers on best practices for evaluating employee performance.
  • Review and update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and regulatory changes.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the telecommunications or related industry.
  • Proven expertise in the full recruitment cycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices within the telecommunications sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin is a must; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
