Our client, a leading pharmaceutical group, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources operations. The successful candidate will manage the full spectrum of HR functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and enhancing employee engagement and performance.

Job Description

  • Lead the recruitment strategy, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of talent across all levels.
  • Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions that attract top-tier candidates.
  • Manage external recruitment agencies and oversee the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a positive employee experience.
  • Implement and manage performance management systems, including setting objectives, conducting appraisals, and providing feedback.
  • Handle employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Manage benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness initiatives, ensuring they meet the needs of a diverse workforce.
  • Regularly review HR processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes where necessary.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within a large organization, preferably in pharmaceuticals or a related industry.
  • Proven track record in managing full employee lifecycle including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
