About Our Client

My client is an MNC and market leader in their industry. They have taken on a large project in Hong Kong to help with sustainability issues and to improve our environment.

Currently they have over 20 people in operations and over 300 people from the contracting side working on site on this multi million dollar project. They are looking for a HR admin to join and support the team and be part of this journey with them. They have offices across APAC which you will also be receiving support from as this HR role in HK is a stand alone position

Job Description

The HR Administrator will have the following duties

  • Handling recruitment cycle and on boarding and off boarding and employment contracts
  • Understand HK Labour law and give advice to APAC counterparts
  • To review and assist with vendors for C&B, global mobility and payroll
  • Check payroll before processing to vendor
  • Liaising with APAC HR teams and reporting directly to Head of HR in SEA office
  • To work on site of the project + flexible to work on Saturday if required

The Successful Applicant

The HR administrator will have the following requirements

  • Higher education in HR or business administration
  • Over 3 years solid experience in HR, handling 360 HR operations
  • Positive mindset, take ownership and accountability
  • Strong language skills - fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Willing to work Saturday on site if required - HR issue related
  • Location of site Hong Kong East side
