About Our Client

Our client is an international company with over 1000 employees in Hong Kong. They are looking for a high calibre HR candidate to perform Generalist / BP functions - end-to-end recruitment, employee relations/engagement and stakeholders management, etc.

Job Description

  • Perform full range of HR duties for the assigned Business Units, including end-to-end recruitment, C&B administration, Performance Management, Training & Development and Employee Relations
  • Act as the Point of Contact to provide professional answers and advices to employee's HR enquiries
  • Perform stakeholders management and build professional business with management
  • Conduct regular catch ups to understand employee's feedback, and suggest improvement action plans
  • Support and participate in wider HR projects and any other ad-hoc duties

The Successful Applicant

  • Higher Education in human resources or relevant
  • Around 4-5 years of HR experience, preferably in multinational companies
  • Strong language skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and multitask
  • A team player, results orientated individual
