About Our Client

Our client is growing healthcare business with expanding retail and healthcare businesses, they have a well-established team with excellent development opportunity for individuals. They are currently looking for an experienced HR professional from sizable organizations, familiar with frontline incentive scheme review, to be their HR Director/ Senior Manager for driving HR strategies, and Organizational Development initiatives.

Job Description

  • Act as the HR head for the business to manage full HR spectrum, including manpower planning, C&B scheme review, training & development program, staff engagement etc.
  • Be the strategic partner with senior management and provide advice on incentive and commission scheme review for frontline and back office staff
  • Work closely with business heads to understand various business needs and provide relevant strategies and improvement plans
  • Initiate and drive people development strategy for nurturing of talents, employee engagement, developing a strong leadership team in support of company strategy and priorities
  • Participate in any ad hoc projects as required

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder in HR or business-related disciplines
  • Minimum of 10 years of solid HR experience from sizable organizations, familiar incentives / commission scheme review
  • Strong understanding of Hong Kong employment law
  • Strong business acumen with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills with strategic mindset
  • Excellent command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
