As a large organization, it prides itself on its innovative approach and commitment to excellence, continually pushing the boundaries in its field.Job DescriptionReporting to the Head of HR (offshore) and MD in Hong Kong, you will lead 2-3 team members in the HRBP team to provide HR advisory services to the business leaders in Hong Kong. You will stay close with the business to understand the market opportunities, business direction and current challenges, and propose strategies to help the company navigate in the ever changing market.The team is undergoing some HR transformation from an operations style to become true HRBPs, you will train and upskill the team to think strategically and be more market driven in order to provide sound and timely advice. These could be related to talent mapping in the market, hiring decisions, organization structure and development as the business transforms, employee engagement, retention, C&B incentive planning, and drive programs for better employer branding. You will also be responsible for annual exercises, and work closely with the business leaders on budget, performance management, talent review, workforce planning, cost management and provide insights gained from meeting talents in the same industry. Key is to stay abreast of market happenings and identify best sources of talent for the company.The Successful ApplicantWe are looking for a Degree qualified, passionate , energetic HR leader with 12 -15 years of experience from B2C industry background, e.g. reputable consumer goods, FMCG, retail or e-commerce background. You will have a consultative approach with passion in driving the business forward. The key things we are looking for is the agility to learn, flexibility to navigate in different market situations and be proactive in speaking with all levels in the business to fully understand how it is going. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships will be crucial.
