About Our Client

Our client is a leading engineering company involved in many large projects in Hong Kong and Macau. An opportunity has arisen for an experience C&B manager to join their management team.

Job Description

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead and guide the C&B team to ensure the effectiveness and accuracy of C&B operation on daily basis
  • Provide full C&B advice and services to the company
  • Oversee the full spectrum of the Human Resources C&B functions including annual compensation planning cycle, benefits review, incentive schemes, promotion review period
  • Provide strategic advice as well as hands-on support for HR C&B related matters
  • including annual compensation planning cycle, benefits review, incentive schemes, promotion review period
  • Manage employee benefit plans to ensure medical and insurance plans are renewed annually
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects as assigned by senior management

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder, ideally in Human Resources Management with at least minimum of 8 years' experience
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience at supervisory level
  • Solid hands-on experience in C&B operation, preferably having worked in sizeable or multinational companies
  • Independent, flexible, result-driven, analytical with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communications in Chinese and English written and verbal skills is required
