Job Description

  • Act as a trusted strategic partner to diverse business units, overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including workforce planning and strategic HR initiatives to support business objectives.
  • Lead recruitment planning and execution for frontline and corporate functions, including job design, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
  • Work closely with business leaders to communicate and align on workforce planning and strategic HR plans, ensuring resources meet organizational goals.
  • Review and revamp commission schemes, providing expert advice on structure and planning to enhance motivation and performance alignment.
  • Provide guidance and advice on HR planning to other regions, ensuring consistency and compliance with company regulations and policies across the organization.
  • Consolidate and prepare HR reports for management, including workforce metrics, planning outcomes, and other business partner project updates.
  • Ensure all HR activities adhere to Hong Kong labor laws, regional regulations, and internal company policies, maintaining high standards of governance.
  • Support ad hoc HR projects, collaborating with stakeholders to drive operational and strategic improvements.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with a focus on HR business partnering and strategic planning, preferably in a multinational or consumer goods environment.
  • Proven expertise in recruitment management, workforce planning, and commission scheme design.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse business leaders and regional teams.
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
  • Strategic mindset with excellent analytical and project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis.
  • Good knowledge of Hong Kong employment laws and regional HR practices.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
