About Our Client
Our client is a very well established and reputable company listed in Hong Kong. They have more than 2,000 employees with a growing business. To support their HR business, they are looking for an energetic, flexible and independent HRBP to provide Account Services for the line managers on manpower & headcount planning, performance management, and people development strategies.
Job Description
- Act as key point of contact to provide end to end HR account services to designated departments
- Work closely with stakeholders on people management plans, including headcount planning, performance management, employee compensation, labor dispute, etc.
- Manage employee relations and provide solutions to enhance staff engagement and company culture
- Support on HR projects and programs to enhance employee experience
- Prepare and compile manpower management report
- Handle ad hoc projects as needed
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / HR Management or equivalent
- Minimal 6 years of HR experience covering end to end employee life cycle for frontline staff / blue collar employees
- Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin & Cantonese
- Proactive, independent; Strong numerical and interpersonal skills with minimal supervision
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
