About Our Client
Our client is a one of the leading asset management firms in Asia, with a broad range of financial products and services through its global network. They are currently looking for a talented HR professional to join their team as an HR Business Partner. This position will play an integral role in providing seamless HR services in order to drive business strategies and goals.
Reporting to the Head of HR, this role will work closely with business leaders to support and achieve business requirements, with a focus on talent acquisition and talent management. Recruitment activities include sourcing, screening, interview arrangement, offer proposal, background check, and new staff orientation. As a Business Partner, you will advise managers on HR policies and best practices - building and leveraging strong relationships in the business. This role will also play a key role in driving and implementing talent management activities which include performance management, staff relations, staff communications, training & development, and succession planning.
The Successful Applicant
In order to qualify for this position, you will have at least 5 years relevant HR experience within the financial services sector and proven track record in talent acquisition. You will possess a proactive attitude, with the willingness to build strong internal relationships as a trusted partner to the business. Ability to work in a fast-paced and matrix environment is necessary to succeed in this role.
