Job Description

  • Assist in the restructuring of business operations in Hong Kong, bringing experience in business transformation. A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential.
  • Provide guidance to people managers and employees as they navigate complex HR-related challenges, offering coaching and advice to facilitate effective resolutions.
  • Manage relationships and coordinate responses for inquiries that span various HR functions, which may require collaboration with multiple HR specialists to address intricate personnel issues.
  • Aid in the complex interpretation of policies and procedures, overseeing intricate situations that necessitate a more personalized approach (e.g., redundancy programs) in collaboration with HR Business Partners, Consultants, and Specialist teams as needed.
  • Facilitate the change journey for people managers across a wide array of HR processes.
  • Support and encourage the adoption of HR systems and tools among customers.
  • Enhance understanding of how HR products and services are perceived, continuously improving the overall employee experience by leveraging case and knowledge management tools to identify recurring trends in inquiries and challenges faced by colleagues.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancements in HR services and products (along with their supporting policies and processes) based on insights gathered from case and knowledge management tools.
  • Ensure comprehensive coordination and quality assurance in the resolution of queries and transactions from start to finish.



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5-7 years of HR experience, with a focus on operational HR management across all levels.
  • Proven experience in HR operations, business partnering, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in both Cantonese, Mandarin and English is a must.
