They are currently looking for an HR Business Partner to join their HR team, the role will be focusing on end to end employee life cycle for Hong Kong and China offices.

Job Description

  • Act as key point of contact to provide end to end HR account services to multiple offices
  • Manage whole employee journey including onboarding arrangement, induction coordination, staff communications, staff movements & retention, annual review cycle, etc.
  • Review HR policies, and procedures and provide relevant HR advice to line managers
  • Provide advice and review on ranking, salary adjustment, bonus recommendation, employer branding, staff retention strategies, and HR best practice
  • Work closely with counterparts in Talent Development to drive self-learning culture, talent mgmt. program and other learning initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for internal staff to develop culture, drive a better working environment and support the practice of D&I topics
  • Prepare and compile manpower management report
  • Handle ad hoc projects as needed

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 8 years of HR experience from financial services industries
  • Knowledge for China market on payroll, benefits scheme is highly advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin & Cantonese
  • Proactive, independent; Strong numerical and interpersonal skills with minimal supervision
  • Good computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
