About Our Client

A well-established multinational company in Hong Kong is seeking a proactive and versatile HR & Admin Officer to join their team. This is a true all-rounded role combining HR operations, C&B, HRIS projects, office administration, and light executive secretarial support in a professional and supportive environment.

Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interview arrangement, reference checks, offer & contract preparation).
  • Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation.
  • Handle monthly payroll processing, MPF, tax reporting, and final payments.
  • Administer medical, insurance, leave, and other staff benefits.
  • Maintain and update the HRIS / payroll system (data entry, system troubleshooting, user support).
  • Participate in or lead HRIS enhancement/implementation projects.
  • Oversee office supplies procurement, pantry, courier, and general facilities coordination.
  • Arrange travel, hotel bookings, and expense claims for executives when required.
  • Provide light secretarial support (calendar management, meeting coordination, minute-taking, document formatting).
  • Assist with company events and employee engagement activities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of solid all-rounded HR & administration experience; candidates from multinational or professional services environments are highly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in Hong Kong payroll, C&B administration, and recruitment is a must.
  • Familiar with HRIS / payroll systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, FlexSystem, EasyPay) and comfortable with system projects.
  • Strong Excel skills (vlookup, pivot tables) and good PowerPoint knowledge.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.
