They are currently looking to recruit, an experienced HR professional of the highest calibre to oversee their HR & admin duties in HK and act as the key POC to liaise with UK headquarter. Job Description

  • This role will be responsible for 2 key areas: HR and office administration, supervising 2 subordinates
  • Be in-charge of HR functions including but not limited to end-to-end recruitment, C&B processing, payroll monitoring, performance review, system enhancement, etc.
  • Enhance company's HR policy and practices
  • Oversee office related admin duties, such as office agreement review and renewal
  • When required provide budget reports and relevant documents for management review
  • Any other ad hoc tasks

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree or above in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
  • Around 5+ years of all rounded HR and admin experience
  • Strategic mindset with a hand-on approach
  • Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese a must
  • Flexible, good prioritisation and communication skills, independent and detail oriented
