Job Description

As an 'HK IPO 2-3 PQE', your main responsibilities will include:

  • Offering legal advice to clients on IPO related matters
  • Handling cases related to Hong Kong IPOs
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal procedures during IPOs
  • Collaborating with other legal professionals to ensure the best service for clients
  • Developing and maintaining professional relationships with clients
  • Staying updated with changes in IPO and related legal frameworks
  • Managing client expectations and deliverables
  • Ensuring all legal work is of the highest quality

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'HK IPO 2-3 PQE' should have:

  • Hong Kong admitted
  • Experience in handling HK IPO related cases - ideally from a leading international firm
  • A thorough understanding of the legal framework for IPOs in Hong Kong
  • Exceptional communication and client management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Chinese language skills
  • Strong academics
