Our client is an international firm with strong presence in Asia.

Job Description

Assist lawyers with patent and trademark matters for a wide variety of clients:

- manage and coordinate IP portfolio of clients

- filing of new applications and managing existing patent portfolio

- prepare and file documents related to IP law matters

- monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

- research IP law and prepare memorandum and other legal documentation

- assist with IP due diligence

The Successful Applicant

- LLB holder or equivalent

- Some exposure to IP matters required

- Fluency in English and Chines essential
