About Our Client

Our client is a US based professional firm.

Job Description

  • Provide both on-site and remote troubleshooting support
  • Deploy and offer direct support for company-issued hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, MFDs, monitors, mobile devices, and related equipment. This includes performing upgrades and repairs.
  • Provide second-level support and troubleshooting for Windows 10, macOS, and various applications such as O365
  • Provide support for web conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Webex, and Teams.
  • Collaborate with the HQ IT team to address local office issues related to IT

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer and related discipline
  • Banking, Accounting, Law firm background are highly preferred
  • Knowledge in O365, ServiceNOW, Citrix abd wireless network
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
