Job Description

Key Account Mnaagement

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead negotiations and contracts with major retail and distribution partners.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.



Marketing & Trade Promotion

  • Design and implement effective trade marketing strategies to support product launches and seasonal campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop promotional materials and in-store activation's.
  • Analyse ROI of trade promotions and optimise spend for maximum impact



Leadership Role

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team.
  • Set clear KPIs and performance goals, conducting regular reviews and coaching sessions.
  • Foster a collaborative and performance-driven culture.



Budget & Performance Management

  • Develop and manage annual sales and marketing budgets.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Ensure cost-effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in sales and marketing within the FMCG/consumer goods/ Consumer Health care industry.
  • Proven experience in team management, key account management and trade promotion planning.
  • Strong analytically skills with experience in budget planning and performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales analytic tools.
  • Candidates with senior-level experience may be considered for a Director title
