About Our Client
Our client is an international FMCG company with a focus on health products. They have an exciting product portfolio, strong marketing support and have been expanding their business rapidly. They are now looking to add a brand new Head of Sales to manage their existing team. Be a part of this exciting and fast growing company now!
The Head of Sales will manage a small team to continue the expansion of the brand in the market. You will create and lead the business strategy for the channel and will be responsible for achieving the company's objectives. You will be identifying new opportunities and developing sales and distribution strategies for the Hong Kong and Macau market. You must grow the relationship internally and externally while driving sales and adhering to the branding objectives of the company.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 10 years' of sales management within the FMCG industry. Candidates with experience in health products such as supplements, nutrition or baby nutrition will be preferred but not mandatory. This person must have experience in people management. You will have strong leadership, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills. A proven sales track record and ability to complete reports and analysis is required. Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English are required.
