About Our Client
Our client is a global manufacturing company with great application in healthcare dental area, aiming to discover the diversity of dental applications. Our client offers specific solutions for numerous single and multicomponent applications in the dental market. Today, their product are used worldwide in dental practices and dental laboratories.
SCOPE AND IMPACT OF JOB
- Lead Dental sales team to realize sales target in Great China area, including China mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan etc.
- Manage and develop Dental China sales with sustainable business
- Define dental sales strategy in China (in alignment with global dental strategy), in charge of the implementation.
- Acquire new customers and Set up new distribution and channel network cross China
- Build HK/TW Opinion Leader group and organize dental lecture-collaboration.
- In charge of China dental market survey and conduct market analysis
- align exhibition and dental seminar in China
- Ensure the gross margin of the products, AR handling.
- Prepare the sales budget according to company target; in alignment with global sales define the corresponding sales strategy and market approach for Dental China segment.
- Acquire new customers and align their market activities with company policy and strategy
- Build up distribution channel, performance review and align their market activities with company policy and strategy.
- Set up a reasonable and effective pricing system for dental
- Formulate and implement the pricing strategy of customers and channels (based on available global pricing), review the pricing strategy regularly
- In charge of sales reports and analyze the market/customers potentials/risks
- Protect company IP right and crack down on counterfeit
- Define the individual KPI to drive for result.
- Acquire new customers and partners with global key account in China to archive target and transparent cooperation for long-lasting growth prospects.
- Maintain long-term partnership and align the strategy with Headquarter, to achieve business growth sustained.
- Build local Opinion Leader group and organize dental lecture-collaboration (alignment with Head Opinion-Leader).
- Set accurate sales forecasting, complaint handling, promote and give technical support to customers to improve customer satisfaction and company brand reputation.
- Organize dental seminar, big exhibition to improve the company brand and products awareness and recognition
- Research for Hong Kong and Taiwan dental market survey, conduct market analysis and rollout sales-activities in these areas.
- Collect market-data, competition information, and customer preference to understand market and to estimate market trends.
- Business development function, explore new product, new application, new business opportunities.
The Successful Applicant
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Related work experience
- Minimum 5 years of related sales & marketing and projects management experience
- Familiar with Dental markets and universities/hospitals
- Good at the customer development and customer relationship maintenance
- Experienced of working in the international dental company, team management (matrix-organization)
Formal education or equivalent
- Bachelor degree above, majoring in health care/dental/sales & marketing management.
- Sales & Marketing training is a plus
- Channel build up, distribution management and end users education/training is a plus
- Customer Relationship Management training is a plus.
- Computer work processing
- Profound selling and negotiation skills.
- Good command of spoken & written English is essential
- Good computer Word Processing skills and analysis sales figure.
- Good organizational ability and team player, customer-oriented.
- Good interpersonal skills.
