About Our Client
Our client is a renowned international company focusing on providing office furniture & space solutions for thousands of SMEs and MNCs. In line of their strategic growth in Greater China in foreseeable future, they are looking for a seasoned sales director for the Southern China region.
Reporting directly to Sales VP based in Hong Kong, this position will be responsible for establishing and developing south China business and eco system for the region to achieve profitable growth. The candidate will be tasked to coach the sales force on the ground and manage the dealers in Southern China while being responsible for driving further business development and managing long term customers and key accounts by leveraging the existing network and resources across Greater China. In addition, you will act as the trusted business partner to provide top quality solutions to the clients office space solution in view of further building up the brand reputation for the company.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you should be a seasoned sales management professional with at least 8-10 years work experience in field of selling office solutions. You are expected to have solid knowledge and network with architecture & design firms, contractors, corporates or direct users that are in-charge of overall office-related decoration and design. Excellent command of English and Mandarin is a must (with Cantonese preferred) while the person should be an aggressive go-getter. You should also demonstrate a solid track record in sales and team management.
