About Our Client

Our client is well-known property developer in Hong Kong. Currently, we are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Head of Property Management to lead our commercial portfolio. As the Head of Property Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our commercial properties, ensuring that they are maintained to the highest standards and generating maximum value for stakeholders.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage a team of property managers and support staff
  • Develop and implement property management strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with lease agreements and building codes
  • Oversee the leasing process, including tenant selection and lease negotiations; manage renovation/fitting-out project if needed, overview own assets across Asia Pacific
  • Prepare and manage property budgets and financial reports
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned by Top Management

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
  • At least 15 years of experience in property management, with a focus on commercial portfolios
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of building and leading successful teams
  • Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in property management software and tools
  • Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
