This is a Senior Department Head role responsible for overseeing the product development and pricing team within a life insurance company. You will lead a team of 2x individuals and report directly to senior management.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for formulating the company's product strategy, coordinating the development and optimization of systems and workflows related to product development;
  • Responsible for managing product information across regional markets, driving product innovation, and developing new products;
  • Responsible for innovating product pricing technology, generating product reports, supporting commission development, and assisting with placement strategies;
  • Responsible for auditing product submissions from molecular organizations, as well as preparing and submitting materials required by internal and external regulators;

The Successful Applicant

Qualification:

  • Good communication skills in Chinese (Cantonese will also be considered).
  • Graduate from University preferably in the top 200 of QS;
  • More than 15 years of work experience;
  • Familiar with Hong Kong local insurance product market
  • Actuarial/pricing qualification or relevant work experience
