With the support of Senior Managers who directly report to you, you will work with the team to develop marketing and promotional campaigns for local loan and credit card products, ensuring creative and compelling propositions. Digital marketing is a key element of the company's marketing function. Hence, you will chart out digital & social media strategies which include determining media mix, content strategies for web and social media, mobile app product enhancement, and other digital related matters to align with company objectives. Measurement and enhancement of acquisition cost, ROI, and performance in user experience also form a key part of the overall digital strategy. In collaboration with product (including digital products), operation, and sales teams, you will actively participate in market studies and product positioning exercies to ensure product features meeting market expectations. Product development, digital marketing, and branding should seamlessly work together in achieveing business results. Last but not least, you, as the Head of Marketing, will be accountable for marketing budgets. Your decision making in branding, digital marketing, and product positioning will be guided by insights on market and industry trends, supported by relevant colleagues within your team. Successes in the above areas will require effectively leadership of the department through four direct reports (Senior Manager or Associate Director) who lead their respective teams.The Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate holds a university degree, complemented by a minimum of 10 years of solid experience in marketing, preferably in financial services industries. Extensive expertise in corporate branding and have a strong background in both ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) marketing strategies is required. The client also prioritizes in proven experience in digital marketing, effectively leveraging online platforms to drive significant business results and enhance brand visibility.A successful Head of Marketing would be creative and highly self-motivated, demonstrating strong leadership and multitasking skills. Strong communication and analytical abilities are needed qualities to navigate complex situations effectively. Resilience and determination are required to deal with the complexity of the role.
