Job Description

  • In-charge of the P&L management. Optimise productivity and ensures effective management of the commercial and operations function of the various properties across the Philippines.
  • Client management. Meets with tenants and provides advice or guidance as and when required.
  • Plans and manages the strategic planning to ensure smooth tactical execution of tasks.
  • High visibility on day-to-day operations; assigning weekly and monthly KPI's and tracks its progress.
  • Strong people management and team collaboration across various functions. Works closely with HR team to ensure that the people are well trained and motivated. Provides guidance to help employees strengthen their competencies.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 15 years of experience in a regional or global function coming from retail and commercial business.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Strong and proven experience in financial planning, sales and marketing, customer relationship management, operations, etc.
  • Growth mindset, strategic and at the same time tactical in operations.
  • Must have regional experience working in SEA region, preference with global experience.
