Job Description

  • Providing insights and guidance on IT-related matters.
  • Engage with the dedicated Global IT team to ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies.
  • Define the IS Strategy and ensure the IT Division delivers solutions that align with both business and IT strategies.
  • Ensure the successful execution of IT projects by maintaining high quality, adhering to budgetary constraints, and meeting established timelines
  • Take accountability for the stability and improvement of day-to-day IT production quality.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for business and handle escalations related to IT matters within the Asia region.
  • Oversee the budget for IT within the Asia Regional
  • Drive effective IT governance practices globally and across the Asia region.
  • Work independently, collaborating with Bank Support Functions and IT teams both locally and internationally.
  • Establish technical standards and best practices for development and architecture.

The Successful Applicant

  • In-depth understanding of business processes related to Pre-trade, eTrading, position and risk monitoring, and back-office processing
  • Proficient in API and event-based development
  • Demonstrated track record in software engineering leadership or a similar role, with a strong background in system design and application/product architecture
