We are now seeking for an experienced Head of HR to lead the HR & Admin function in their Hong Kong office.Job DescriptionAs a senior leader in the HR department, your key role is to provide HR advisory and strategies to the department heads on manpower & budget planning, recruitment, annual cycle reviews, performance management , talent development , whist staying close to the market and ensure that the remuneration and benefits provided on par with market standards. You will lead the entire HR and Administration function to provide timely and quality service to the key stakeholders and employees. Current team are competent in providing the end to end HR services, local market recruitment, C&B operations and payroll, however will need support on HR digital transformation, workflow process revamp and guidelines on global HR policy.The Successful Applicant To qualify for the role, you will have a minimum of 15-20 years of work experience preferably from multinational companies or HK headquartered businesses with global presence . We are looking for a practical, hands on HR talent who is numbers driven and has a good track record in driving HRIS digitalization, change & HR transformation . Experience in helping business expand in APAC and solid knowledge in labour regulations across China and Asia is essential.
