Job Description
- Leading the team in establishing sales objectives and achieving sales target for Foreign Exchange and lending products
- Maintain professional relationships with new and prospective customers
- Provide accurate sales volume forecast and pitch to senior management
- Formulate and implement sales programs and training plans within the team
- Be involved in the team members' recruitment and on-boarding processes
The Successful Applicant
- Possess a proven track record of sales management within FX or other cross-border financial services (e.g. import lending, export lending, international payments and collections, cash management)
- Working experience in FIs selling to mid-sized corporates is an advantage
- Demonstrable ability to mentor, coach and develop team members
- Have excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to build and leverage relationships at senior levels within SME customers
- Good command in both Cantonese and English
