Job Description

As a Head of FP&A, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the financial planning and analysis function to support business objectives.
  • Developing and managing financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Providing insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
  • Monitoring financial performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business strategies.
  • Managing and mentoring the FP&A team to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Preparing detailed reports and presenting findings to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of FP&A should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in financial planning and analysis within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
